God is Love
New Creation in Christ

Countless scientists have spent their lives trying to understand the mysteries of the universe and life. Despite their efforts, they have yet to grasp the full mechanism that governs our lives. In fact, human life itself is a microcosm of the universe. The complexity and uniqueness of human beings is a testament to their divine creation in God's image and likeness (Gen. 1:27), which is far beyond the grasp of our limited, created minds (1 Cor. 2:14).

Let’s just imagine how wonderfully and fearfully man was created! God has stored the entire information of the human body, including all the details, in the double-helix DNA in the nucleus of each of the billions of cells in the human body. Life is conceived in the mother's womb, where the fertilised single cell undergoes a remarkable transformation into a variety of tissues, organs and mechanisms in an amazingly coordinated and timely manner, including the fetal anaerobic respiratory cycle, the cellular autophagy mechanism, and the highly intricate cognitive system of the brain, as well as complex human body systems such as the autonomic nervous system and so on. As King David praised:

“For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvellous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skilfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.” (Ps. 139:13-16)

Let's think about it: why are so many ancient and modern mysteries still unsolved? How were the pyramids built? Where did the Mayan civilisation come from? How did Stonehenge observe the sky? How could our ancestors, who lived thousands of years ago, draw astrological star charts with their bare eyes? And how could the ancient Chinese write the encyclopaedia of the ancient world, 'The Classic of Mountains and Seas', without travelling around the world? Why did Einstein say that time is an illusion and has no entity? We can measure time, but we can never control it, because time transcends the material world in which people live and it comes from eternity.

The physical world in which we live is a created world. There is a much larger and more powerful invisible real world that exists beyond the world we can see! The visible physical world is a product of the invisible spiritual world (Heb 11:3). The ancients could do miracles that modern people cannot comprehend because they honoured God. Their hearts were in communion with the Creator of heavens and earth, so they could receive revelations from the ‘Spirit of Wisdom’ of the eternal God (Ex 31:3). Modern people, on the other hand, believe in humanism and materialism. They worship what they see and deny the Creator who created the universe and life.

“And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.” (Rom. 1:28-32)

Why has humanity fallen so far? Where should mankind go from here? Do people live only a few decades and then return to dust forever after death? God's beloved, wake up! We are now living in the time of Noah and Lot. It was a time of great rebellion against God and a time of God's judgement on the whole earth (Isa. 26:21). The greatest light will come in the darkest hour! In these last days when darkness reigns, the Kingdom of God will rise greatly! We are privileged to be the last generation of the last days, but this is not the end, only the beginning.

God is love, and He is the very source of love (1 John 4:16). God created man in His own image to be with Him. God's ultimate purpose in all creation is to fulfil His love for mankind and to dwell with us - that is "the tabernacle of God is with men" (Rev. 21:3).

The Bible is the Word of God (2 Tim. 3:16), "for prophecy never came by the will of man, but the holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit" (2 Pet. 1:21), and it is God who teaches through His prophets and servants: "These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual" (1 Cor. 2:13). "For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. " (Heb. 4:12).

Throughout the Bible's record of human history, from the beginning of creation to the marriage of Adam and Eve; from the fall of the patriarchs to the sacrifice of Jesus; to the return of the Lord Jesus and the marriage supper of the Lamb, God has repeatedly declared His unchanging divine love for His children.

God is love, light and life (John 3:16; 12:46; 14:6). Let us look into God's magnificent plan for mankind. Walking with God in the light (John 1:4; 14:12) to restore and rebuild all that Adam and Eve lost in the Garden of Eden, and return to God's glory!
