Trip to Holy Land

The footsteps of Moses are the shadow of the footsteps of the Lord Jesus, foreshadowing the salvation of God that the Lord Jesus will accomplish when He comes into the world (see The Footsteps of Jesus). God called Moses to lead the Israelites out of slavery in Egypt. They left Egypt, crossed the Red Sea, and walked through wildness to the Promised Land. God performed many miracles over the course of forty years as He walked with them in the wilderness (Acts 7:36).

Let us embark on a journey to trace the footsteps of Moses,
from Egypt, across the Red Sea, into the wilderness, up Mount Sinai and into the promised land of Canaan,
and to follow in the footsteps of our Lord Jesus!

Although the biblical route of the Exodus is controversial as many places are difficult to identify today, the focus of God's children is on what the Father has revealed and foretold through these events. The following footsteps of Moses and Jesus are based on the Bible and currently available routes and may differ from the actual routes.
